Preparatory Choir

Directed by Hilary Heisman-Updike, the Preparatory Choir is a non-auditioned group open to children in grades 2-5 that focuses on helping children learn the basics of music. This choir incorporates music and movement, rhythm and music reading, and the basics of performance etiquette to prepare them for Concert choir. Preparatory Choir sings at the YVI Christmas and Spring Concerts and performs locally. This choir meets Tuesdays at St. Richard’s School from 4:15-5:15 p.m.
